  • 5 strawberries (place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before using)
  • 2 dessert spoons of grated dry coconut
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream or canned without serum
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa nibs
  • Sweetener to taste (I used 20 drops of liquid sucralose, but it may be another sweetener of your choice)

Step by step: Beat in the mixer the avocado, 3 of the strawberries broken into 4 pieces, the cream, the sweetener, the cinnamon powder at will and one of the spoons of grated coconut powder.

Serve the cream in a dessert bowl. Finish with the other strawberries in pieces, the other spoon of grated dry coconut, sprinkle with powdered cinnamon and add the cocoa nibs.
