Do you usually make low carb recipes with pork? Many people do not have the habit of eating pork, but it is a super option for those who make low carb.
My favorite cut of the pork is the mignon, here where I live it costs R $ 19 a kilo… The beef costs twice as much! The truth is that there is no beef cut cheaper than him (at least here).
And the taste and softness are incredible!
Just baked in the oven well seasoned and with vegetables to accompany is already a delight, now I tested this fried variation in the pan with a delicious and creamy sauce, with fresh mushrooms. It was sensational and it was ready very fast!

Salt and pepper

Fry the steaks on both sides until golden brown and set aside.
In the crackle left over from the frying of the pork in the pan, fry more butter and brown the finely chopped garlic and sliced onion.
Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté well until withered.
Add the cream box, mix and set the seasoning.
Sink the steaks of mignon in the creamy sauce and finish with chives.
